How to service and repair the cruise control switch on 2001 Ford F-150?

The service and repair of the cruise control switch requires removal of the driver side air bag module as the first step. The service and repair of the speed control switch starts by releasing the four securing clips before removing the speed control actuator switch. Disconnect the electrical connector attached to the speed control actuator switch. Follow the reverse installation process to perform replacement.
