How to Bleed the Brake System After Replacing the Front ABS Control Module on 2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty?

After replacing the 4-Wheel Anti-Lock Brake (4WABS) Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) or to remove air from the HCU you should start by wiping all dirt from the brake master cylinder filler cap before removing it to add the specified brake fluid into the master cylinder reservoir. Move a clear waste line toward the RH rear bleeder screw then position its other end over a container that holds recommended brake fluid to almost the top. Cycle the brake pedal while opening the RH rear bleeder screw until no air appears in the waste line. To proceed disconnect the waste line after tightening the RH rear bleeder screw. The LH rear bleeder screw should follow the RH front disc brake caliper bleeder screw then the LH front disc brake caliper bleeder screw for this procedure order. Insert the DCL cable adapter from the scan tool into the Data Link Connector spot found under the dash and proceed with the instructions on the tool. The system bleed process should be executed once again as it was performed initially.
