How to service and repair the fuel filler hose on 2001 Ford F-350 Super Duty?

In order to service and repair the fuel filler hose, remove the fuel cap and do not leave flames and smoke. Take out screws holding filler pipe. Unscrew clamps, loosen the filler hose and the vent hose out of the tank and take off the filler pipe. To install, undo the removal procedures.
