How to Service the Power Steering Cooler on 2001 Ford Windstar?

The power steering cooler must be serviced by disconnecting the battery ground, removing the front bumper and labeling the hoses and lines and then disconnecting them. Unscrew the bolts which hold the assembly together and put it back together in the following order. Lastly, invert the process and fill up the systems and test whether there are leaks.
