To service the power steering cooler, disconnect battery ground, disassemble bumper (front) and label/disconnect power steering fluid line, transmission fluid line. Loose the bolts to the assembly, then put back everything as indicated. Lastly, redo the steps of removal and look at power steering system and transmission leaks.
