How to service the Knock Sensor on 2002 Ford Expedition?

One must remove the intake manifold before starting servicing of the Knock Sensor. First disconnect the electrical connector from the Knock Sensor (KS) followed by removing the KS securing nut to remove the sensor. Reinstall the Knock Sensor according to the reverse order of removal steps.
