How to service the wiper motor on 2002 Lincoln LS?

In order to maintain the wiper motor, remove the windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft assembly then the motor. Take off the bolt that is holding the motor and then the crank bolt and pull out the motor. To install, follow the same process of removal in reverse in order to fix the new or repaired motor.
