The service procedure for the power steering line which runs from the junction block to the power steering gear begins with vehicle raised support. The power steering pressure line should first be disconnected from the steering gear then the power steering gear pressure line bolts need removal. The power steering pressure line needs to be removed from the junction block once the vehicle is on the floor. To install the hose you must insert new teflon seals onto the power steering pressure hose fittings then check that the threads remain clean of debris. Reverse the steps of the removal process then complete the power steering system filling procedure.
