Place the power steering junction block aside before removing all bolts that secure it. Start by marking the strut position when possible and then remove the nuts from the strut upper mounting bracket. Next, remove the wheel assembly together with its tire. Under the anti-lock brake (ABS) system the sensor harness should first detach from the strut and spring assembly before removing the ABS sensor harness bolt. Move aside the brake hose by removing its clip. Complete the installation by taking off both lower strut to wheel knuckle nuts and bolts which fasten the wheel knuckle.
