Safely holding the sway bar link stud may be required before nut removal so complete the process on its left side as shown then complete the right side identically. First detach the lower rear sway bar link and nut and then remove the rear sway bar link and bushing by unfastening the bolts from the sway bar link. The installation requires following the opposite steps of removal.
