How to service the wiper arm on 2003 Ford Crown Victoria?

In order to service the wiper arm, first of all, raise it and use the locking tab to take off. To install, do the same thing in reverse, with the locking tab being fully open and making sure that the pivot arm head fits into the keyway. Follow directions to make modification to wiper pivot arms.
