How to service the front Power Window Motor on 2003 Mercury Marauder?

In order to service the front door window motor, open the window completely and hold-up with tape. and take out the battery, door trim, screws, and speaker, and unscrew the electrical connector. Take off the window regulator motor, unscrew it off the regulator and reassemble in reverse order.
