Start by removing the two roll restrictor bolts followed by the bolts that will enable you to place the roll restrictor bracket in a safe location. After separate removal of the nut and stud you should set the degas bottle to the side. The degas bottle excepts its position while you remove the hose then unfasten bolt and nut. The suction accumulator spring lock coupling requires removal first by disconnecting its spring lock coupling while discarding the inserted O-ring seal. The installation requires a fresh O-ring seal treated with PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil (R-134a Systems) F7AZ-19589-DA (Motorcraft YN-12-C) or an equivalent product that follows Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B.
