How to remove and install the windshield wiper arm on 2004 Ford E-250?

In order to take away the windshield wiper pivot arm, unlock the locking lever and lift the wiper blade. Pull locking lever off and push pivot arm off of mounting arm. To install, follow the steps in reverse and use as necessary by adjusting the pivot arm.
