How to service and repair the windshield wiper motor on 2004 Ford E-250?

In order to fix the motor of the windshield wiper, take out the wiper pivot arms and cowl top vent panels. Dismount the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft then the motor. Fit the new motor, re-connect the electrical connector, and re-assemble the parts, such as access cover and pivot arms.
