How to service the throttle body on 2004 Ford Taurus?

To service throttle body, de-connect battery ground cable, air cleaner outlet tube and pin-type retainers. Un plug the accelerator cable, speed control cable and throttle return spring and detach throttle body. To install, invert the process, and clean all the sealing surfaces and apply a new gasket.
