After applying a proper jack to support the fuel tank you must first disconnect the clip and then remove the fuel vapor line. You should begin by unfastening the rear fuel tank strap bolt and the front fuel tank strap nut before dropping the fuel tank two inches in height. To complete the job from the LH side of the vehicle remove the sway bar last.
