How to service the Mirror Actuator on 2004 Lincoln Navigator?

To service the power mirror motor, place a shop towel between the mirror glass and your hand. Adjust the glass to create a gap, then pull the top edge away from the housing. Disconnect any heated mirror connectors, remove the screws, and take out the motor. Reverse the procedure for installation.
