Universal Silicone Brake Caliper Grease and Dielectric Compound WA10 (D7AZ-19A331-A) with equivalent ESR-M99C56-A rating must be applied to the disc-hub contact area in case the brake disc cannot come off easily. Strike the disc with a plastic hammer in between the wheel bolts. An alternative method for disc removal includes using a 2-3 jaw puller model 205-D027 (D80L-1013-A) or equivalent to perform the task. The disc requires examination for runout only after using excessive force for removal. The disc removal process requires cleaners to prepare surfaces before disc application of High Temperature Nickel Anti-Seize Lubricant F6AZ-9L494-AA or an equivalent product under ESE-M12A4-A specification on the disc pilot diameter. Reinstall the brake disc using the reverse removal procedure.
