How to service and repair the leaf spring on 2005 Ford E-150?

Serviceable leaf spring repair must start by taking off the wheel with its tire. A suitable jack should support the rear axle before you discard the nut to remove it along with the bolt. Then you should remove the nuts followed by the plate and U-bolts and throw out the nuts and U-bolts. Discard all nuts as you then remove bolts, rear springs and nuts in that order. The installation process should be completed by following the opposite steps for removal.
