Starting the repair process for climate control requires removing the headlamp switch knob followed by counterclockwise rotation of the bezel on the headlamp switch. The first step is to unfasten the screws which retain the instrument panel finish panel and audio unit then disconnect the electrical connectors. Unscrew the screws on the climate control assembly assembly before detaching it from the vehicle. Continue replacing the climate control assembly only after completely detaching its vacuum and electrical connectors. Installation of the new assembly should start by executing the steps in reverse order from when you removed it.
