The first step of speed control servo repair begins with disconnecting its electrical connector by pressing in the tabs. The bolts and bracket which secure the speed control servo need to be eliminated first. Open the speed control actuator cable cap by first unscrewing the locking arm and rotating it counterwise. The speed control core wire end needs to be detached from the speed control servo pulley by pushing on the spring retainer and extracting the end through the pulley. Screw and bracket components that are linked to the speed control servo need to be removed. The installation process ends by performing the actions in reverse order which were used for removal.
