Service and repair of the rear parking brake cable requires tire removal and disconnection of the parking brake intermediate cable from its connector end while separating RH and LH parking brake rear cables at the equalizer point. Squeeze the parking brake cable clip for detachment from its bracket position after first removing the LH parking brake rear cable and conduit to RH parking brake rear cable and conduit clip before detaching the cable from the bracket.
