How to service and repair the front Wheelhouse liner on 2005 Ford F-150?

Before servicing or repairing the front fender liner you must detach the wheelhouse lip molding which exists on some models. There are two steps to complete which start with removing the headlamp assembly and proceeding to remove the front bumper cover brace. Disassemble the fender splash shield screws then disconnect the ABS wheel speed electrical connection. The fender splash shield can be easily removed after completing these tasks. Following the steps of reversal will permit the installation of a new fender splash shield.
