It is essential to first take out the LH and RH fender splash shield bolts before continuing with the LH and RH bumper cover fender bolts removal. Unplug the electrical wiring connected to the side turn signal lamps and also disconnect the electrical wires for the available fog lamps in the system. The process starts with dropping the vehicle while you pull the pin-type retainers from the positions attached to the radiator grille opening panel. Complete the replacement by lowering the bumper cover before disconnecting it from the radiator splash shield.
