How to service the Engine Control Module on 2005 Ford Focus?

Start the service of Engine Control Module by disconnecting the battery ground cable. You must first detach the instrument panel side trim which you should then separate from the cowl side trim panel. The service requires removal of the glove box alongside the passenger side lower footwell trim panel.
