In order to fix the thermostat, disassemble the housing with the three bolts, and then disassemble the upper and bottom housing. Change the thermostat, making it fit correctly. Apply coolant to a new O-ring and reassemble the lower housing. screw bolts with 10 Nm, and add the housing and bleed the cooling system.
