Remove thermostat housing. Match thermostat to marks on upper-housing.3 bolts to detach housings and remove thermostat; remove O-ring. To install, put bridge with marks into place, wipe new O-ring with coolant and insert into upper housing. Install lower housing, tighten torque bolts 10 Nm (89 lb-in), and fill and bleed.
