Begin by removing the two brake caliper bolts before putting the brake caliper to the side. The technician must first remove the brake pads together with the spring clips. Insert an appropriate tool between the caliper pistons to protect them before performing compression of caliper pistons. After installation of new brake pads together with the spring clips position the brake caliper back into place by tightening its bolts to 35 Nm (26 inch lbs.).
