To fix the HVAC compressor manifold and tube assembly, retrieve refrigerant, lift the vehicle and take out the lower radiator air deflector. Take off disconnect fittings, replace assembly and screw in a new one with lubricated O-rings. Lastly, evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system.
