Disconnect both vacuum tubes of the differential feedback EGR system sensor and place the sensor to the side. To service the exhaust manifold to EGR tube fitting disconnect it from the EGR valve while applying 40 Nm (30 lb-ft) torque when reinstalling. Workers must disconnect the exhaust manifold-to-exhaust EGR tube fitting at both the right-hand exhaust manifold position. Installation requires connecting these fittings with torque values at 40 Nm (30 lb-ft). End by putting back the EGR valve tube through the reverse installation process.
