How to Service the Exhaust Manifold to EGR Tube on 2006 Ford Escape?

In order to service the EGR valve tube, lift the vehicle using the transmission in the neutral position. Disconnect the EGR system sensor vacuum tubes and store with them. Uninstall the EGR tube fittings on the valve and right-hand manifold and clamp it tight to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft) when replacing. Use reverse procedure to reinstall.
