How to service and repair the ignition switch on 2006 Ford F-350 Super Duty?

In order to fix the ignition switch, one has to depower the SRS, access the steering column cover, and the lower shroud screws. Unhook the connector of the ignition switch, take out the switch and screws. Install the switch again by aligning and tightening the screws to 6 Nm. Repeat the steps and re-power the SRS.
