Start the evaporator outlet line service procedure by taking out both the LH cowl vent screen and the body ground strap bolt. Begin by disconnecting the brake booster vacuum hose that connects to the brake booster unit then proceed with disconnecting the A/C cycling switch electrical connector along with the wire harness from the evaporator outlet line. The evaporator inlet requires the removal of the A/C cycling switch while you detach the inlet line fitting through which you discard the O-ring seals. Detach both end clips of the evaporator inlet line before disconnecting the suction accumulator inlet fitting and discard the O-ring seals.
