In order to work on the exterior mirror motor, begin by removeling the mirror glass. Then dismount the three motor screws, and screw each screw into place with a tightening of 7 Nm (62 lb-in). Unplug the electrical connector of the motor and take out the motor. All you need to do to complete the process of installing is to reverse all these steps.
