How to Service and Repair the Air Inlet Blend Door Actuator on 2006 Ford Ranger?

Starting the repair or service work on the air inlet door's vacuum control motor requires releasing stops then lowering the glove compartment door. Start service and repair of the air inlet door's vacuum control motor by first disconnecting and then removing the vacuum hose and screws. Be careful to never bend any component of the lever since it becomes brittle and breaks easily. Disengage the lever by rotating the vacuum control motor before you can detach the vacuum control motor. The user should perform installation by following the opposite steps used during removal.
