How to service and repair the cruise control switch on 2006 Ford Ranger?

To service the cruise control switch, remove the steering wheel and rear cover by taking out two screws. Detach the ribbon harness and disconnect the horn contact connectors. Remove the right side horn contact and the speed control switch assembly by unscrewing four screws. Finally, reverse the removal steps.
