How to service the timing chain on 2006 Ford Ranger?

In order to service the timing chain, you must take off the engine front cover and find the timing marks by rotating the crankshaft. Unscrew the red bolt and extract the timing chain using the camshaft and the crankshaft sprockets as a unit. Install by orienting the marks, clamped with a bolt at 63 Nm, and installing the cover.
