Veteran vehicle owners should first disconnect the chassis vacuum hose from the air cleaner outlet pipe then set this piece aside before proceeding to disconnect the crankcase vent tube from the same pipe and positioning it as well. The two clamps along with removal of the air cleaner outlet pipe precede its extraction so remember to tighten it to 4 Nm (35 lb-in) during reassemble. Right after finishing the installation step you should perform a reverse procedure to complete the work.
