Begin service of the rear seat cushion by removing both the 60/40 retention clip and center support riser. Operate on the 60 percent seat seat by removing its support riser bolt then torque it to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft) during reassembly before tightening the support riser pivot bolt and bushing to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft). After removing the left support riser, the latch handle screw and handle, the latch cover screw and cover, and the latch cushion bolt and latch proceed with reinstallation by tightening all pieces to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft). Very carefully detach seat upholstery from hook and loop strip because tearing the foam pad may occur, after which you can remove the hook-and-loop fasteners. Gently take the hog rings from the 60 percent cushion trim cover followed by the removal of the 60 percent cushion foam pad and the inboard pivot bushing. The right support riser bolt needs to be tightened to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft) during reinstallation after its removal before removing the support riser pivot bolt, bushing and right support riser then tightening them to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft) for reassembly. The maintenance requires removal of the latch handle screw and handle followed by the latch cover screw and cover then the latch bolt and latch must be tightened to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft) during reinstallation.
