Begin servicing the front sway bar links only after depowering a fire suppression system that exists in the vehicle. Set the vehicle to NEUTRAL position and position it on a hoist. Support the brake hose by removing bolts from the assembly and hanging it with mechanic's wire to prevent damage. Safety requires that you raise suspension arms with an appropriate jack stand before you take off the brake disc in order to relieve pressure from the sway bar links.
