The process should be repeated to remove both sway bar links and their respective nuts and these nuts should be discarded. The service requires discarding the sway bar and three nuts along with both brackets. Repetition of the backward removal steps is necessary to carry out the service installation.

The servicing and repairing of the rear sway bar and link requires attention to suspension fasteners because their failure results in severe performance-related expenses. Start by taking out the two nuts and washers together with bushings after discarding the nuts. The first step involves removing both nuts, then washing the bushings and sway bar links before discarding the two nuts. The completion step entails taking off both bolts, brackets, and sway bar. The installation requires you to perform the removal procedure in reverse order.

Remove the two stabilizer bar bracket bolts, the two brackets, and the stabilizer bar, tightening the new ones to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.) upon installation.

Discard the old nuts and tighten the new ones to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft) upon installation.

Tighten the new bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).

The orientation of fasteners must match their original installation direction.

The two stabilizer bar bracket bolts, the two brackets, and the stabilizer bar, discarding the bracket bolts.

Complete the installation by reversing the removal procedure.
