How to Service and Repair the EGR Valve System Module on 2007 Ford E-250?

In order to service the EGR system module, disconnect electrical connector and vacuum line, remove the bolts, and the exhaust manifold-to-EGR tube. Wipe the sealing surfaces and place a new gasket with the raised ring towards the intake manifold, and refit the module, in two steps by tightening up the bolts. Restrict the electrical connector and the vacuum line.
