How to service and repair the evaporator core on 2007 Ford F-150?

In order to fix the evaporator core, a test is to be done: Vacuum leak test first. Change suction accumulator only in case it is contaminated. Disassemble by taking off heater core, removing wire harness and unscrewing. Uncouple the actuator, take away the evaporator core cover and take out the core. To install, repeat the procedure in reverse and lubricate using clean PAG oil.
