How to service the evaporator core in an air conditioning system on 2007 Ford Fusion?

To service the evaporator core, go ahead and run a leak test before removing. Change the receiver/drier but do not change when dirty. Disassemble evaporator cover by removing heater core, evaporator housing, wire harness and unscrewing the evaporator cover. Take out the dash panel seal and evaporator core. To install the new core, follow these steps in reverse with clean PAG oil lubrication.
