Start by opening the luggage compartment before untightening the 4 bumper cover retention nuts which should be tightened to 5 Nm when reinstalling. The electrical connector located inside the luggage area needs disconnecting and after the removal of the rear bumper cover the installation of the rear bumper electrical harness through the vehicle's rear side. The installation process should be finished by performing the previously reversed procedures and transferring essential components.
