Removal of the intake manifold and the bolts attaching the coolant crossover manifold assembly to the intake manifold are required to service the assembly (5.4L (3V) engine). Check and change gaskets, where needed, cleaning mating surfaces. Reassemble parts, tighten the bolts up to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs. ) and follow the reverse procedure.
