How to Service the Wiper Arm Pivot on 2007 Lincoln Mark LT?

To service the wiper pivot arm, be sure that the windshield wiper motor is in the PARK position and first take out the pivot arm by lifting the arm and pulling off the retaining tab. In order to install the pivot arm again, all you need to do is undo the steps taken off.
