How to service the rear seat cover on 2007 Lincoln MKZ?

Begin the service process of the rear seat cushion cover by taking out the rear seat cushion first. Remove the drawstring before taking out the hog rings from each other. Cautious handling of the separation process between backrest trim cover and hook and loop strip prevents damage to the pad surface of the backrest foam. Detach half the trim cover while letting the hook and loop strips free until they reach the hog rings. After discarding the hog rings you should proceed to completely detach the trim cover from the foam pad by releasing additional hook and loop strips. The installation of the new cover begins by following the opposite steps of removal then placing back the rear seat cushion.
