2007 Lincoln Navigator Blower Motor Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to service the blower motor on 2007 Lincoln Navigator?
A: Begin blower motor service by taking out the blower motor vent tube first before trying to rotate and free it from the heater core along with the evaporator core housing. Start the replacement by taking out the RH lower instrument panel insulator when present and proceed with removing the RH lower A-pillar junction box cover. After setting aside the carpet beneath the blower motor area, unscrew the vent tube clips next to the blower motor then extract the vent tube. Use tools to disconnect the electrical connection of the blower motor. You should steer the blower motor across the dash panel insulator so the insulator can create enough space between the heater core and evaporator core housing. To extract the blower motor you should rotate it to the opposite direction while pulling it free from its housing. The installation of the new blower motor requires performing the reverse steps of removal.
