The right-hand quarter trim panel must be removed first during auxiliary blower motor repair procedures. First disconnect the blower motor electrical connector before you uninstall the blower motor by removing its screws. Removing both the wheel and wheel clip from the blower motor system should be the first step for Expedition and Navigator owners. You should reinstall the components through the inverse of step by step removal.
