In order to service the auxiliary blower motor, take off the right-hand quarter trim panel, disconnect the electrical connector and unscrew the motor. To remove the blower motor wheel of Expedition or Navigator models, pull off the clip. To reinstall components follow the steps of removal in reverse.

Service blower motor: To access the blower motor, take vent tube, RH lower instrument panel insulator (if present) and RH lower A-pillar junction box cover off; push carpet aside, undo two tube clips, and disconnect electrical connector. Deflect the insulator, unscrew counterclockwise out of the housing and remove. Install by reversing.
